This was a program that was dedicated to Miss Corrine Sain who was a leader who spearheaded the efforts to eliminate the homelessness in the Vallejo, California Bay Area and worked very closely with the local politicians and City Hall to ensure that all Senior Citizens were properly cared for with not one left behind.

It was also to honor her while yet living instead of waiting until she had moved on to a higher power.  Miss Sain is (not was) a true pioneer in the efforts to clean up the City of Vallejo and make it a ideal place to live.
